COURSE OUTLINE: Your child will learn the basic techniques of punching, kicking, striking and blocking and strong stances. Combine and develop all the basic techniques through Kata. Finally, the fundamentals of sparring will be taught as well through non-contact drills and exercises.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Sensei Marie Johnson has been training for over 15 years under the tutelage of Shihan Paul Godshaw and has been a licensed instructor at the Japan Karate-Do Federation since 2000. Johnson Sensei has a 4th degree black belt in Karate-Do and a first degree in Kobudo (weapons).

COST: $85.00 *plus $35 for belt & uniform
