Welcome To The Japan Karate-Do Federation - Fullerton/ Riverside

The Japan Karate-Do Federation has one of the most impressive backgrounds of Martial Arts Organizations in the United States, as well as around the world teaching traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate. Located in Irvine, Mission Viejo, Riverside, Fullerton,  and twice voted by the readers of the Orange County Register "Best Martial Arts in Orange County", you are assured if you're looking to start Martial Arts, find updates on Dojo events, or just looking to learn more about Karate-Do, you're at the right site.

Karate, literally translated as "empty hand", is one of the oldest and most effective means of fighting known to man. It is considered to be the ultimate in unarmed self-defense. The practice of Karate consists of learning blocking, shifting, punching, striking, and kicking. Although it can be aggressive, it is instructed and practiced by most groups as an effective counteraction to an attack.
